Alloy melting casting method Melting casting method of niobium-titanium superconducting alloy

(1) Using powder as raw material true blank power consumption arc furnace melting casting method - using niobium and titanium powder as raw materials, mixed in appropriate proportions, molded into electrodes, after high temperature curing, welding by true blank power consumption arc furnace melting casting twice or more times, to obtain niobium titanium alloy ingot.

(2) The true blank consumable arc furnace casting method of preparing electrodes with strips or rods - niobium and titanium raw materials are respectively melted and processed to obtain strips or rods, and after they are prepared into electrodes, they are melted and cast twice or more in the vacuum consumable arc furnace to obtain niobium titanium alloy ingot.

(3) Combined melting and casting method of vacuum electron beam furnace and vacuum consumable electric arc furnace with strip or bar combination electrode - same as the above method, niobium and titanium are made into strips or rods, and prepared into electrodes, and niobium titanium alloy ingot is obtained by joint melting and casting in vacuum electron beam furnace and true blank consumable electric arc furnace.

(4) Vacuum electron beam furnace melting casting method using strips or rods to prepare electrodes-niobium and titanium are made into strips or rods, which are prepared as electrodes, and are melted and cast twice or more times in the vacuum electron beam furnace to obtain niobium titanium alloy ingot.

(5) Using high quality titanium sponge and electron beam purification niobium rod preparation electrode true blank consumable arc furnace and true shell furnace joint melting casting method - high-quality titanium sponge rod is pressed into a vacuum electron beam furnace melting and refining niobium rod preparation electrode, in the true blank consumable arc furnace and true shell furnace two types of furnace, joint melting and casting into niobium titanium alloy ingot.
