1. The shape of the roller
The shape of the roller is round, hexagonal and octagon, etc., among which polygon is useful. This is because the radius of the barrel wall from the axis is not equal, and there is a certain view point, so the rolling parts are easy to change the orientation, the time to bump against each other is increased, the grinding is uniform, and the efficiency is high, which can shorten the rolling time.

2. The scale of the drum
The straight calibration is 50mm-100mm, and the length varies depending on the number of cells. The length of a pattern roller is 600-800mm; The second pattern is 800-1500mm. Larger is usually preferred. This is because the pressure and friction of the parts in the cylinder are large, and the cutting amount is also increased. However, for those parts that are afraid of pressure and easy to deform, a small drum can be used and the length of the drum can be increased.

1) Drum information
There is a direct relationship between the speed of the cylinder and the amount of cutting parts within a certain range, that is, the faster the speed, the greater the cutting of the metal surface. However, when the speed exceeds a certain limit, it decreases. Because the speed is too fast, the centrifugal force of the parts in the drum increases, and the friction decreases. It is usually controlled at 45r/min.

2) Abrasive and solution for rolling
Abrasives for rolling are pumice stone, quartz, granite skin Angle, shell, iron filings and ceramic fragments. The size of the abrasive particles should be greater than or less than each hole of the piece. The amount of the contents of the drum is also an important factor affecting the quality of the agricultural surface of the parts, and the amount of people inside the drum is usually 70% of the volume of the drum. For heavier titanium parts or threaded parts, the loading amount should be controlled at 80%-90%. The solution in the drum should be added to account for about 95% of the volume of the drum (Note: when adding acidic solution to the drum, the water should be added first, and then the acid should be added to avoid the corrosion of the parts in the rolling process, because the time increases, the concentration of the internal solution gradually decreases, and even loses the effect. Therefore, every once in a while the concentration of the solution should be checked and replaced. The rolling time should not be too long, otherwise it will damage the parts. Use brush to remove burr, terbium, residual oil and corrosion mud on the surface of the parts, and make the parts have a certain luster. It must be pointed out that elastic, rigid or thin-walled parts should be taken out in time after the end of rolling, otherwise it is easy to lead to hydrogen infiltration or local over-corrosion.
