What are the processing methods of titanium pipe fittings?

There are many kinds of titanium pipe processing methods, many also belong to the category of mechanical processing, the most used is stamping method, forging method, roller processing method, rolling method, bulging method, stretching method, bending method, and combined processing method. Pipe fitting processing is the organic combination of machining and metal pressure processing.

Examples are as follows:
Forging method: The end or part of the pipe is thrust with the type forging machine to reduce the outside diameter. The commonly used type forging machine has rotary type, connecting rod type and roller type.

Stamping method: The end of the tube is expanded to the required size and shape with a taper core on the punching press.

Roller method: the core is placed in the tube, and the outer part is pushed by a roller for round edge processing.

Rolling method: generally do not use mandrel, suitable for thick wall tube inside round edge.

Bending forming method: There are three methods that are more commonly used, one method is called stretching method, the other method is called stamping method, the third is the roller method that we are more familiar with, there are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, an adjusting roller, adjusting the fixed roller distance, the finished pipe fittings are bent. This method is widely used, if the production of spiral tube, the curvature can be increased.

Bulging method: One is to place rubber in the tube and compress it with a punch above to make the tube protrude into shape; Another method is hydraulic bulge forming, in the middle of the pipe filled with liquid, liquid pressure to the pipe into the required shape, like our commonly used corrugated pipe production is mostly used in this method.
