The larger is usually better. This is because the parts in the drum by pressure and friction, so the amount of cutting also increased. But for those who are afraid of compression and easy to deform parts, can use a small drum, and the drum length will be increased.

However, when the speed exceeds a certain limit, it decreases. Because the speed is too fast, the parts in the roller centrifugal force increases, so that the friction force decreases. Usually 45r/min is the appropriate control.

The abrasives used for rolling are pumice stone, quartz, granite skin Angle, shell, iron filings and ceramic fragments. The size of the abrasive particles should be larger or smaller than each hole of the piece. The amount of contents in the drum is also an important factor affecting the quality of parts. The amount of people in the drum is usually 70% of the volume of the drum. For heavy titanium parts or threaded parts, the loading capacity should be controlled in 80% to 90%. The solution in the drum should be added to about 95% of the volume of the drum (note: when adding acidic solution to the drum, the water should be added first, and then the acid should be added to avoid the corrosion of parts in the process of rolling light, because the time increase, the concentration of the solution in the gradual decline, or even lose the effect. Therefore, the concentration of the solution should be checked at intervals and replaced. The rolling time should not be too long, or it will damage the parts. Use the brush to remove the burr, terbium, residual oil and corrosion sludge on the surface of the parts, and make the parts have a certain luster. It must be pointed out that elastic, rigid or thin-walled parts should be taken out in time after the end of rolling, otherwise it is easy to cause hydrogen infiltration or local over-corrosion.
