Titanium screws have a small density, titanium liquid flow when the inertia is small, poor flow performance, in the production process, it is easy to lead to titanium screws surface and internal pores and other defects, want to make titanium screws bright and colorful, then you need to remove the surface reaction layer of titanium screws, there are two ways:
1. Sand blasting
The sand will impact the surface of the titanium screw, resulting in fierce sparks, and the temperature will react with the surface of the titanium screw, forming secondary pollution, affecting the surface quality. Fifteen to thirty seconds to remove the sticky sand, surface sintered layer and part of the oxide layer on the surface of the casting, and the reaction layer on the rest of the surface is quickly removed by chemical pickling.
2. Pickling
The use of pickling can quickly and effectively remove the reaction layer on the surface of titanium screws without contaminating other metal elements.
