Ordinary matte titanium tubes: Ordinary matte titanium tubes are used for transporting low-pressure fluids. They are made of Q195A, Q215A, Q235A titanium. Other soft titanium that is easy to weld can also be used. The titanium tubes need to undergo water pressure, bending, flattening and other tests. There are certain requirements for the surface quality. The delivery length is usually 4-10m and often requires fixed-length (or multiple-length) delivery.

Matte titanium tubes' standards are indicated by the nominal diameter (in millimeters or inches). The nominal diameter is different from the actual size. Matte titanium tubes have two types of standard wall thickness: ordinary titanium tubes and thickened titanium plates. Matte titanium tubes are divided into two types according to the tube end style: with threads and without threads. The following briefly analyzes the applications of several types of matte titanium tubes.

1. Ordinary matte titanium tubes are used for transporting low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, air, oil and heating steam.

2. Ordinary carbon titanium wire conduit tubes (GB3640-88) are titanium tubes used for maintaining wires in industrial and civil construction, installation machinery and equipment, and other electrical installation engineering.

3. Straight seam electro-matte titanium tubes (YB242-63) are titanium tubes with the weld seam parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tube. They are divided into metric electro-matte titanium tubes, electric welding thin-walled tubes, transformer cooling oil tubes, etc.

4. Spiral seam submerged arc welded matte titanium tubes for transporting pressurized fluids (SY5036-83) are titanium tubes with a spiral shape formed at room temperature, welded by double-sided submerged arc welding, used for transporting pressurized fluids. The titanium tubes have strong pressure-bearing capacity and good welding performance. They have passed various strict scientific tests and examinations, and are safe and reliable for use. The titanium tube has a large diameter, high transportation efficiency, and can save the investment in pipeline laying. It is mainly used for transporting pipelines of oil and natural gas.

5. Spiral seam high-frequency submerged arc welded matte titanium tubes (SY5038-83) are titanium tubes with a spiral shape formed at room temperature, welded by high-frequency lap welding, used for transporting pressurized fluids. The titanium tubes have strong pressure-bearing capacity, good plasticity, and are convenient for welding and forming; they have passed various strict and scientific tests and examinations, are safe and reliable for use, have a large diameter, high transportation efficiency, and can save the investment in pipeline laying. They are mainly used for laying pipelines for transporting oil, natural gas, etc.

6. Ordinary low-pressure fluid transportation spiral seam submerged arc welded titanium tubes (SY5037-83) are titanium tubes with a spiral shape formed at room temperature, made from hot-rolled titanium strip rolls, formed at room temperature, and welded by double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-sided welding, used for transporting low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, air and steam by submerged arc welding.

Matte titanium tubes can be tested by three hardness experiments: Brinell, Rockwell B (or Rockwell C) and Vickers hardness values can be measured. Only one of the three hardness values needs to be measured.
